Easiest dessert EVER!

Apparently this is mostly a travel blog so here's a recipe for you. And like most of the stuff on here I'm mostly doing this so I can remember it.
These lacy florentine-like cookies use ONE INGREDIENT.

They are nice, light, nutty, chocolatey cookies that can accompany another light dessert such as a sherbet or parfait or anything else or EVEN BY THEMSELVES.
And the ONE ingredient - Eat More chocolate bars.

First cut the bars into pieces. I used the 52g bars but I know they come in other sizes. I cut each bar into 6 pieces, roughly squares. Space them on a cookie sheet on parchment paper. They will flatten out so leave plenty of room between them.

Bake at 350 F for about 8 mins.
THAT'S IT!

As you can see a few of mine melted together but they break apart easily and will still be delicious.
You'll want to let them cool, remove from parchment then store in an air tight container for a few days or however long you can resist them.
Credit where credit is due - I want to thank my dear friend Janete H for this.
